The cable isn't detachable? That's already a big fail.

Fixed plug?? The Sonos Play/ One has a much sweeter solution design wise in my opinion! Check and compare…

Hi I have a question. It’s really weird that I can play music on my HomePod but if I let the HomePod turns off my light it says that there is no connection. And the HomePod shows on my home app no response. Do u know what should I do? I already reset it twice but I didn’t work.

Got mine today. This thing is awesome, even for the price. The microphone and speaker qualities far surpass those of the amazon echo and google home. Still not sure about the google max because I haven’t seen it yet.

Where is Brian Tong?? We don’t care what these other people think about Apple.

As a home gadget, it's way too big and heavy. It doesn't have a lot of difference with iPhone Siri either. It would be better to buy bunch of speakers and connect to iPhone. It's the same thing anyway.

Can these be set up for wireless surround with Apple TV?

What did she expect to be in that little box, a new iMac with a picture of Tim Cook. 😂🙄💯

Lol, let me guess…. If something happens to the cable instead of replacing it you have to buy an entire new unit? Of course it is Apple.

Nothing beats the Amazon Amazon Echo, the speaker was very bulky very launch can't put adjust anywhere I don't like that the cable is built in, I don't like Apple iTunes I am all for Alexa

Very amateurish video. She should have watched a few Unbox Therapy vids. As for the HomePod…meh. And having a permanently attached power cable and everything glued together speaks to a lack of repairability and engineering.

350 dollars that’s crazy. I like Apple but I don’t know what they were thinking with that price.

If you are going to upload really stupid videos, you should at least have Dong Ngo do them. He could have made this not only watchable but entertaining.

    – siri sucks
    – not a wireless speaker
    – but has beautiful sound
    – amazing price

Why do I want to watch a video of a girl whining about her shiny new toy 🙈

I got it on day one and my opinion is that it is a work in progress

Kinda like a mac pro? Kinda like a toilet paper roll 😂. Apple going from trash cans to toilet paper for design inspiration.

You CAN remove the power cable from the back! You just have to give it a tug.. 👍
